Terms of Service

WiFi Rich is a subscription platform providing trading signals, market intelligence, educational courses, a members' community, competitions, and optional automated trading tools. Access to specific features depends on your membership tier.

We are a software and education provider. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. We never take custody of your funds and never execute trades on our own account on your behalf — any automated tool you install runs against your own broker or exchange account, under credentials you supply.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that using this service and trading the instruments discussed is lawful where you live.

Membership and billing are handled through Whop. Your tier is verified through your Whop subscription, and access changes automatically when your subscription starts, renews, lapses or is cancelled.

Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login, your MT5 connection token, or paid content with anyone else. Signals, courses and tools are licensed for your individual use only — redistributing, reselling, scraping, or republishing them is not permitted and is grounds for termination without refund.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscription pricing is shown at checkout and billed through Whop on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through Whop; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled according to the policy shown at the point of purchase. Trading losses are never grounds for a refund.

Trading carries a high risk of loss. Nothing on this platform is financial advice. You are solely responsible for every trade in your accounts, including trades placed automatically by tools you install.

Expert Advisors and auto-trade integrations are provided as-is. You choose whether to install them, which account to run them on, and how to configure position sizing and risk. You may disable any bot at any time from the Auto-Trade page or by removing it from your terminal.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any bot or tool. We do not guarantee uptime, execution quality, or that any tool will behave as expected under all market conditions.

The community feed is for members. Do not post unlawful content, harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, referral or affiliate links for other services, other people's private information, or content you do not have the rights to share.

Do not post financial advice or solicit others to send you money to trade on their behalf. We may remove any content and suspend any account at our discretion.

Competitions and any XRP or other rewards are promotional, offered at our discretion, and subject to the rules published for each event. We may verify results, disqualify entries we believe involve manipulation or misrepresentation, and amend or cancel a competition where necessary.

You are responsible for any tax arising from prizes or rewards you receive.

The platform, its content, courses, signal methodology, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your personal trading and education while your membership is active.

Content you post to the community remains yours; you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including from signals, automated tools, downtime, data errors, or third-party failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling through Whop. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse of the platform or other members, or suspected fraud.

We may update these terms. When the substance changes, we will ask you to accept the updated version the next time you use the platform. Continuing to use the service after acceptance means you agree to the revised terms.
